BLI BLI MARKETS at the SUNSHINE CASTLE  now on the first and third Saturday morning of each month. -

The Sunshine Castle is proud to cooperate with Bli Bli Community Association as venue for Saturday morning markets.

With a view to expansion and growth  the Castle and the Bl Bli Community association are to  increase their fundraising efforts and hold Markets twice a month from September 2009.

Enjoy the hustle and bustle of a variety of market stalls offering an array of unique treasures and products some of which are crafted by local artisans and other bric a brac. A fruit and vege stall offers a delicious array of fresh produce.

Bring in your favourite rags in need of repair and sewing Jane can come to the rescue. Spoil your kids with a special treat - from hand knitted toys, excellent second hand books and a treasure or two waiting to be claimed.

The Castle Cafe will have some yummy treats to fill the visitors tummies served by friendly Castle Wenches whilst watching the Knights battle on the front lawn - as the local reenactment group uses the Castle as their training ground on market mornings. 

Special breakfast Egg & Bacon rolls will thoroughly improve your start to the day. The Castle will also open its doors for the early risers and be open for touring from 8am. Admission into the Castle costs are$12 for adults and $9 for children or $10 for students and seniors with various family pass discounts.

Take advantage of the Sunshine Castles annual pass scheme and pay double entry once, to be eligible for a years pass - this will allow you to combine your Saturday morning market visit with a magical regular outing for the kids.
